Child Sponsorship Guidelines

Guidelines for sponsorship

1. CSP (Child Sponsorship Program) is available for all children irrespective of sex, caste, religion or region.
2. The age of the child shall be from 4 years to 16 years. 
3. The calendar year of this program is from Jan to December.
4. The family income of the child should not be more than Rs.10, 000 per annum.
5. The child should not get any other sponsorship or scholarship from any other organization for the same purposes.
6. Preference would be given for the children without Father and for handicap children.
7. The aid could be based on the needs of the children.

Guidelines for Monitoring

1. A monthly report of the progress of the child should be presented to the Project coordinator.
2. It is highly recommended to give supplies instead of giving away cash.
3. Special and specific needs can be discussed and intimated to the Project Coordinator in advance.
4. Annual renewal in the month of December is necessary to continue the sponsorship.
5.  Arrangements should be done to see the children in person when the Directors visit India.
